    PLS - Property Lettings and Sales which is the new trading name of Property Lettings Services Ltd. It was decided to have a re-brand and a freshen up for spring.Property Letting Services Ltd are a family owned and run lettings, sales and property management compnay formed in 2011 and have been going from strength to strength each year. They have some 200 properties under management and are an ARLA licensed agent based in Folkestone.Due to the continuing success of the company it was decided in October 2008 to expand our letting catchment area and we now cover from Folkestone through Ashford and surrounding villages. It was decided to stay with one office to keep our costs down and continue to provided the level of services our landlords and tenants have come to expect.We rebranded on 1st April 2013 to PLS - Property Letting and Sales with new colours and concentrating on our core concept of being a family owned and run agency.Where we are different from the rest is with the investments we have made in technology we can provide a fully tailored service to vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords alike.     Claire joined PLS in February 2008 starting off as a Sales Negotiator dealing with lettings and sales, she then progressed to Senior Sales Negotiator and then promoted to Office Manager in September 2011. Claire overseas the day to day running of the office.
