    Chris Rowntree - Sales Director
    Chris graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in civil engineering before starting a career in estate agency in 1987. Previously a director of a large corporate estate agency and then a partner in a Cotswold based property firm Chris joined scottfraser in 2010 to set up and manage our Witney office. Chris lives in the nearby Cotswold town of Burford with his wife and daughter.

    Simon Liddicot - Sales Consultant
    Sales consultant Simon began his career in a large independent Estate Agency and has experience of running his own business. When the opportunity to work with Chris Rowntree at scottfraser arose, it was too good for Simon to turn down and he joined the Witney Sales Team in 2010.
