The majority of sales in Berkshire during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £347,019. Flats sold for an average of £256,753, with semi-detached properties fetching £406,840.

Berkshire, with an overall average price of £410,711, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Oxfordshire (£399,371) and Buckinghamshire (£406,453), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£315,086). The most expensive area within Berkshire was Cookham Dean (£1,081,875) and the cheapest was Lambourn (£304,315).

Overall sold prices in Berkshire over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 23% up on the 2014 level of £334,586.
