Cornwall, with an overall average price of £353,117 was more expensive than nearby Devon (£334,907), but was cheaper than Somerset (£371,681) and Dorset (£406,890). The most expensive area within Cornwall was Rock (£1,110,917) and the cheapest was Torpoint (£228,263).
In the past year house prices in Cornwall were similar to the year before and 6% up on 2021 when they averaged at £332,398.
