Denbighshire, with an overall average price of £158,807, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wrexham (County of) (£166,046), but was cheaper than Flintshire (£170,250) and Conwy (County of) (£172,384). The priciest area within Denbighshire was Cadole (£390,000) and the least expensive was Cefn (£108,000).

During the last year, sold prices in Denbighshire were similar to the previous year and 3% up on 2008 when the average house price was £154,408.
