The majority of sales in Gloucestershire during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £200,390. Terraced properties sold for an average of £178,932, with detached properties fetching £329,373.

Gloucestershire, with an overall average price of £225,309, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wiltshire (£218,823) and Somerset (£228,204), but was more expensive than Bristol (County) (£213,337). The most expensive area within Gloucestershire was Chipping Campden (£466,150) and the cheapest was Ruardean (£147,354).

Overall sold prices in Gloucestershire over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2010 level of £229,780.
