Northamptonshire, with an overall average price of £238,680 was more expensive than nearby Leicestershire (£219,052) and Nottinghamshire (£183,878), but was cheaper than Rutland (£301,738). The most expensive area within Northamptonshire was Grendon (£432,000) and the cheapest was Corby (£174,626).
