The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £707,537. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £454,188, with terraced properties fetching £397,554.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £490,808, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Buckinghamshire (£507,126) and Berkshire (£495,053), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£394,144). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Jericho (£1,101,959) and the cheapest was Banbury (£290,091).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and 5% up on the 2021 level of £465,389.
