The majority of sales in Oxfordshire during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £718,129. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £455,074, with terraced properties fetching £402,633.

Oxfordshire, with an overall average price of £495,351, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Buckinghamshire (£502,949) and Berkshire (£492,186), but was more expensive than Hampshire (£391,524). The most expensive area within Oxfordshire was Jericho (£1,149,361) and the cheapest was Banbury (£292,890).

Overall sold prices in Oxfordshire over the last year were similar to the previous year and 6% up on the 2021 level of £465,611.
