Most of the sales in Adderbury over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £421,139. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £362,500 and semi-detached properties averaged at £365,625.
Adderbury, with an overall average price of £376,364, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wales (£365,655), but was more expensive than Kings Sutton (£322,385) and cheaper than Deddington (£399,429).
In the past year house prices in Adderbury were 3% up on the year before and 8% down on 2012 when they averaged at £407,956.
