Most of the sales in Allerton over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £186,100. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £250,846 and detached properties averaged at £401,685.
Allerton, with an overall average price of £230,816, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woolton (£224,170), but was more expensive than Mossley Hill (£207,049) and Aigburth (£200,080).
In the past year house prices in Allerton were 5% down on the year before and 4% up on 2014 when they averaged at £221,363.
