Last year most property sales in Anstey involved detached properties which sold for on average £347,232. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £158,160, while semi-detached properties fetched £175,325.
Anstey, with an overall average price of £234,081 was more expensive than nearby Glenfield (£216,406) and Groby (£218,086), but was cheaper than Cropston (£374,750).
During the last year, sold prices in Anstey were 3% up on the previous year and 22% up on 2014 when the average house price was £191,755.
