Last year most property sales in Arundel involved detached properties which sold for on average £620,259. Flats sold for an average price of £278,248, while terraced properties fetched £432,023.
Arundel, with an overall average price of £430,431 was more expensive than nearby Yapton (£265,173), but was cheaper than Amberley (£683,750) and Climping (£519,429).
During the last year, sold prices in Arundel were 9% up on the previous year and 8% up on 2014 when the average house price was £399,814.
