Last year most property sales in Bangor involved terraced properties which sold for on average £137,527. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £165,055, while detached properties fetched £252,227.
Bangor, with an overall average price of £165,747 was more expensive than nearby Tregarth (£147,333), but was cheaper than Y Felinheli (£179,431) and Felinheli (£194,250).
During the last year, sold prices in Bangor were similar to the previous year and similar to 2008 when the average house price was £166,626.
