The majority of sales in Beer during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £328,857. Flats sold for an average of £196,667, with detached properties fetching £579,400.
Beer, with an overall average price of £346,581 was more expensive than nearby Seaton (£246,767) and Colyton (£277,650), but was cheaper than Branscombe (£497,563).
Overall sold prices in Beer over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 20% down on the 2010 level of £433,900.
