Most of the sales in Belbroughton over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £304,938. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £280,786 and detached properties averaged at £538,571.
Belbroughton, with an overall average price of £360,652, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Clent (£342,687), but was more expensive than Romsley (£261,125) and cheaper than Broome (£691,056).
In the past year house prices in Belbroughton were 5% down on the year before and 23% down on 2008 when they averaged at £467,804.
