Most of the sales in Belbroughton over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £493,182. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £248,106 and terraced properties averaged at £244,571.
Belbroughton, with an overall average price of £340,891, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Clent (£339,290), but was more expensive than Romsley (£246,652) and cheaper than Broome (£574,700).
In the past year house prices in Belbroughton were 18% down on the year before and 30% down on 2008 when they averaged at £485,738.
