Most of the sales in Belbroughton over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £279,417. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £238,500 and detached properties averaged at £499,286.
Belbroughton, with an overall average price of £302,178, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Romsley (£305,726), but was cheaper than Clent (£372,982) and Broome (£659,937).
In the past year house prices in Belbroughton were 24% down on the year before and 35% down on 2008 when they averaged at £467,804.
