The majority of sales in Belsize Park during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £950,581. Terraced properties sold for an average of £2,600,954, with semi-detached properties fetching £4,268,865.
Belsize Park, with an overall average price of £1,394,326 was more expensive than nearby Swiss Cottage (£1,277,481) and Gospel Oak (£562,350), but was cheaper than Hampstead (£1,553,553).
Overall sold prices in Belsize Park over the last year were 14% up on the previous year and 20% up on the 2014 level of £1,163,430.
