Last year most property sales in Bickley involved detached properties which sold for on average £907,664. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £379,936, while semi-detached properties fetched £461,535.
Bickley, with an overall average price of £544,067 was more expensive than nearby Bromley (£395,728) and Sundridge Park (£385,085), but was cheaper than Southborough (£599,547).
During the last year, sold prices in Bickley were 11% up on the previous year and 19% up on 2011 when the average house price was £457,246.
