The majority of sales in Bispham during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £128,959. Terraced properties sold for an average of £107,402, with detached properties fetching £208,710.
Bispham, with an overall average price of £130,851, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bispham (£133,249), but was cheaper than Cleveleys (£142,871) and Thornton-Cleveleys (£142,992).
Overall sold prices in Bispham over the last year were 7% up on the previous year and 9% down on the 2007 level of £143,660.
