The majority of sales in Bognor Regis during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £395,547. Flats sold for an average of £144,847, with semi-detached properties fetching £264,899.
Bognor Regis, with an overall average price of £272,947 was more expensive than nearby Pagham (£255,764), but was cheaper than Aldwick (£316,236) and Felpham (£340,676).
Overall sold prices in Bognor Regis over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and 19% up on the 2014 level of £229,238.
