The majority of sales in Bow during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £384,773. Terraced properties sold for an average of £793,961, with detached properties fetching £502,500.
Bow, with an overall average price of £425,991, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Bromley (£423,391) and Old Ford (£433,374), but was cheaper than Mile End (£499,282).
Overall sold prices in Bow over the last year were 18% up on the previous year and 37% up on the 2013 level of £310,827.
