The majority of sales in Bow during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £339,157. Terraced properties sold for an average of £767,391, with semi-detached properties fetching £722,500.
Bow, with an overall average price of £374,872, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby South Bromley (£375,668) and Old Ford (£368,328), but was cheaper than Mile End (£450,695).
Overall sold prices in Bow over the last year were 9% up on the previous year and 26% up on the 2012 level of £298,238.
