Most of the sales in Bowsey Hill over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £877,385. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £387,833 and semi-detached properties averaged at £645,000.
Bowsey Hill, with an overall average price of £639,342 was more expensive than nearby Twyford (£499,316), but was cheaper than Shiplake (£1,056,625) and Lower Shiplake (£1,037,450).
In the past year house prices in Bowsey Hill were 22% down on the year before and 16% down on 2011 when they averaged at £757,411.
