Most of the sales in Brandon over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £220,117. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £135,323 and semi-detached properties averaged at £169,867.

Brandon, with an overall average price of £170,892 was cheaper than nearby Weeting (£189,544), Lakenheath (£180,704) and Beck Row (£224,632).

In the past year house prices in Brandon were 9% up on the year before and 21% up on 2007 when they averaged at £141,027.
