Last year most property sales in Breaston involved detached properties which sold for on average £324,955. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £190,331, while terraced properties fetched £139,990.
Breaston, with an overall average price of £252,309 was more expensive than nearby Draycott (£173,714) and Long Eaton (£160,945), but was cheaper than Risley (£331,462).
During the last year, sold prices in Breaston were 3% down on the previous year and 12% up on 2013 when the average house price was £225,400.
