Most of the sales in Burnt Ash over the past year were flats which on average sold for £406,002. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £544,544 and semi-detached properties averaged at £680,706.

Burnt Ash, with an overall average price of £484,050, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bromley (£484,592) and Shortlands (£475,970), but was cheaper than Sundridge Park (£541,950).

In the past year house prices in Burnt Ash were 11% up on the year before and 37% up on 2014 when they averaged at £352,204.
