The majority of sales in Capel St. Mary during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £411,981. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £263,246, with terraced properties fetching £241,561.
Capel St. Mary, with an overall average price of £348,005, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby East Bergholt (£353,726), but was more expensive than Brantham (£275,407) and cheaper than Copdock (£394,042).
