The majority of sales in Capel St. Mary during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £329,753. Terraced properties sold for an average of £228,281, with semi-detached properties fetching £259,999.
Capel St. Mary, with an overall average price of £275,148, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Brantham (£278,383), but was cheaper than East Bergholt (£360,976) and Copdock (£443,846).
Overall sold prices in Capel St. Mary over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2014 level of £281,236.
