The majority of sales in Cheadle Hulme during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £273,214. Detached properties sold for an average of £387,365, with terraced properties fetching £224,088.
Cheadle Hulme, with an overall average price of £288,846 was more expensive than nearby Cheadle (£266,492) and Heald Green (£244,257), but was cheaper than Bramhall (£392,314).
Overall sold prices in Cheadle Hulme over the last year were 7% up on the previous year and 11% up on the 2014 level of £259,762.
