Most of the sales in Cheam over the past year were flats which on average sold for £297,992. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £455,038 and terraced properties averaged at £406,533.
Cheam, with an overall average price of £414,598, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sutton (£408,078) and Rosehill (£402,498), but was more expensive than Belmont (£365,056).
In the past year house prices in Cheam were similar to the year before and 23% up on 2014 when they averaged at £336,583.
