The majority of sales in Chinnor Hill during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £647,375. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £358,563, with terraced properties fetching £298,295.
Chinnor Hill, with an overall average price of £436,435 was more expensive than nearby Stokenchurch (£296,150), but was cheaper than Bledlow Ridge (£709,378) and Radnage (£621,072).
Overall sold prices in Chinnor Hill over the last year were 19% up on the previous year and 25% up on the 2008 level of £350,401.
