The majority of sales in Chinnor Hill during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £338,045. Detached properties sold for an average of £549,266, with terraced properties fetching £271,970.
Chinnor Hill, with an overall average price of £395,217 was more expensive than nearby Stokenchurch (£282,868), but was cheaper than Bledlow Ridge (£564,534) and Radnage (£428,625).
Overall sold prices in Chinnor Hill over the last year were 30% up on the previous year and 15% up on the 2008 level of £342,211.
