The majority of sales in Chinnor Hill during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £341,997. Detached properties sold for an average of £612,177, with terraced properties fetching £279,456.
Chinnor Hill, with an overall average price of £410,758 was more expensive than nearby Stokenchurch (£278,239), but was cheaper than Bledlow Ridge (£620,209) and Radnage (£450,625).
Overall sold prices in Chinnor Hill over the last year were 25% up on the previous year and 20% up on the 2008 level of £342,211.
