The majority of sales in Chinnor Hill during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £331,956. Detached properties sold for an average of £522,822, with terraced properties fetching £251,922.
Chinnor Hill, with an overall average price of £375,617 was more expensive than nearby Stokenchurch (£272,675), but was cheaper than Bledlow Ridge (£517,286) and Radnage (£515,750).
Overall sold prices in Chinnor Hill over the last year were 20% up on the previous year and 10% up on the 2008 level of £342,211.
