The majority of sales in Chinnor Hill during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £350,025. Detached properties sold for an average of £626,775, with terraced properties fetching £299,828.
Chinnor Hill, with an overall average price of £418,132 was more expensive than nearby Stokenchurch (£280,238), but was cheaper than Bledlow Ridge (£639,875) and Radnage (£675,500).
Overall sold prices in Chinnor Hill over the last year were 25% up on the previous year and 22% up on the 2008 level of £342,211.
