Last year most property sales in Chulmleigh involved detached properties which sold for on average £322,455. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £218,300, while semi-detached properties fetched £207,333.
Chulmleigh, with an overall average price of £258,320, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Umberleigh (£262,971) and Winkleigh (£248,780), but was more expensive than South Molton (£187,087).
During the last year, sold prices in Chulmleigh were 9% up on the previous year and similar to 2012 when the average house price was £260,316.
