Most of the sales in Clowne over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £206,545. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £131,317 and terraced properties averaged at £78,896.
Clowne, with an overall average price of £153,828 was more expensive than nearby Bolsover (£115,117), but was cheaper than Barlborough (£209,724) and Chesterfield (£165,923).
