Most of the sales in Codsall over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £330,786. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £208,031 and terraced properties averaged at £184,956.
Codsall, with an overall average price of £235,764 was more expensive than nearby Perton (£170,989) and Coven (£217,074), but was cheaper than Brewood (£292,698).
In the past year house prices in Codsall were 7% up on the year before and 4% up on 2014 when they averaged at £226,128.
