Most of the sales in Codsall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £183,594. Detached properties had an average sold price of £317,825 and terraced properties averaged at £155,798.
Codsall, with an overall average price of £223,628 was more expensive than nearby Perton (£167,480) and Coven (£189,117), but was cheaper than Brewood (£318,463).
In the past year house prices in Codsall were 5% up on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £218,335.
