Most of the sales in Codsall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £190,348. Detached properties had an average sold price of £309,994 and terraced properties averaged at £175,370.
Codsall, with an overall average price of £218,506 was more expensive than nearby Perton (£168,461) and Coven (£202,388), but was cheaper than Brewood (£287,754).
In the past year house prices in Codsall were 3% down on the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £218,345.
