Most of the sales in Codsall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £189,788. Detached properties had an average sold price of £307,947 and terraced properties averaged at £175,912.
Codsall, with an overall average price of £223,397 was more expensive than nearby Perton (£168,465) and Coven (£210,785), but was cheaper than Brewood (£288,592).
In the past year house prices in Codsall were similar to the year before and similar to 2007 when they averaged at £218,345.
