Last year most property sales in Coity involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £165,131. Detached properties sold for an average price of £245,074, while terraced properties fetched £165,582.
Coity, with an overall average price of £196,957 was more expensive than nearby Litchard (£150,870), Bryncethin (£133,284) and Brackla (£149,328).
During the last year, sold prices in Coity were similar to the previous year and 25% down on 2008 when the average house price was £262,714.
