Most of the sales in Coleford over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £229,916. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £138,117 and terraced properties averaged at £120,650.
Coleford, with an overall average price of £180,050 was more expensive than nearby Lydbrook (£169,678) and Ruardean (£139,357), but was cheaper than Forest of Dean (£205,964).
