Most of the sales in Coleford over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £236,058. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £146,908 and terraced properties averaged at £120,929.
Coleford, with an overall average price of £174,565 was more expensive than nearby Ruardean (£158,787), but was cheaper than Forest of Dean (£203,202) and Lydbrook (£184,703).
