The majority of sales in Coleshill during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £165,101. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £192,013, with flats fetching £117,886.
Coleshill, with an overall average price of £187,485 was more expensive than nearby Kingsbury (£151,742), but was cheaper than Water Orton (£200,028) and Curdworth (£267,750).
Overall sold prices in Coleshill over the last year were 13% up on the previous year and similar to the 2008 level of £190,120.
