The majority of sales in Coleshill during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £191,049. Flats sold for an average of £166,527, with semi-detached properties fetching £208,823.
Coleshill, with an overall average price of £205,170, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Water Orton (£209,617), but was more expensive than Kingsbury (£173,377) and cheaper than Curdworth (£284,773).
Overall sold prices in Coleshill over the last year were 4% up on the previous year and 3% up on the 2008 level of £198,544.
