The majority of sales in Collier Row during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £373,983. Terraced properties sold for an average of £336,952, with flats fetching £223,037.
Collier Row, with an overall average price of £346,283, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mawneys (£339,460), but was more expensive than Rise Park (£319,575) and cheaper than Marshalls Park (£406,950).
Overall sold prices in Collier Row over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and 37% up on the 2014 level of £252,699.
