The majority of sales in Copthorne during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £469,304. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £328,865, with terraced properties fetching £324,250.
Copthorne, with an overall average price of £368,862 was more expensive than nearby Worth (£296,996) and Pound Hill (£288,220), but was cheaper than Crawley Down (£387,511).
Overall sold prices in Copthorne over the last year were similar to the previous year and 5% up on the 2008 level of £350,207.
