Last year most property sales in Cottenham Park involved flats which sold for on average £893,946. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £1,115,450, while detached properties fetched £2,287,716.
Cottenham Park, with an overall average price of £1,145,667 was more expensive than nearby West Wimbledon (£882,293) and Raynes Park (£734,041), but was cheaper than Copse Hill (£1,477,249).
During the last year, sold prices in Cottenham Park were 33% up on the previous year and 20% up on 2015 when the average house price was £954,523.
