Most of the sales in Cranbrook over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £487,722. Flats had an average sold price of £245,071 and semi-detached properties averaged at £662,500.
Cranbrook, with an overall average price of £438,184, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Gants Hill (£453,826), but was more expensive than Valentine's Park (£392,957) and cheaper than Redbridge (£495,484).
In the past year house prices in Cranbrook were 11% up on the year before and 25% up on 2015 when they averaged at £349,385.
