Last year most property sales in Cressington involved terraced properties which sold for on average £136,296. Detached properties sold for an average price of £391,178, while semi-detached properties fetched £229,803.
Cressington, with an overall average price of £213,877, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woolton (£222,257), but was more expensive than Liverpool (£149,948) and Wirral (£179,895).
During the last year, sold prices in Cressington were 9% up on the previous year and 10% up on 2012 when the average house price was £194,349.
