Last year most property sales in Cressington involved terraced properties which sold for on average £141,847. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £219,514, while flats fetched £92,248.
Cressington, with an overall average price of £178,656, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wirral (£171,115), but was more expensive than Liverpool (£144,643) and cheaper than Woolton (£200,100).
During the last year, sold prices in Cressington were similar to the previous year and 8% down on 2012 when the average house price was £194,296.
