Last year most property sales in Cressington involved terraced properties which sold for on average £142,941. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £215,738, while flats fetched £92,238.
Cressington, with an overall average price of £180,161, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wirral (£172,148), but was more expensive than Liverpool (£142,173) and cheaper than Woolton (£202,178).
During the last year, sold prices in Cressington were 3% up on the previous year and 7% down on 2012 when the average house price was £194,296.
