Last year most property sales in Cressington involved terraced properties which sold for on average £129,799. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £269,408, while detached properties fetched £366,739.
Cressington, with an overall average price of £211,278, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woolton (£218,543), but was more expensive than Liverpool (£144,333) and Wirral (£174,734).
During the last year, sold prices in Cressington were 18% up on the previous year and 9% up on 2012 when the average house price was £194,349.
