The majority of sales in Crosspool during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £320,568. Detached properties sold for an average of £381,748, with terraced properties fetching £222,697.
Crosspool, with an overall average price of £289,621 was more expensive than nearby Crookes (£189,477) and Stannington (£193,805), but was cheaper than Fulwood (£359,617).
