Last year most property sales in Crumpsall involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £149,718. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £111,320, while flats fetched £76,191.
Crumpsall, with an overall average price of £125,708, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cheetham Hill (£120,605), but was more expensive than Blackley (£110,659) and cheaper than Prestwich (£206,095).
During the last year, sold prices in Crumpsall were 15% up on the previous year and 6% down on 2007 when the average house price was £133,073.
