Last year most property sales in Crumpsall involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £151,131. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £120,127, while flats fetched £75,113.
Crumpsall, with an overall average price of £133,214 was more expensive than nearby Cheetham Hill (£124,137) and Blackley (£117,830), but was cheaper than Prestwich (£212,274).
During the last year, sold prices in Crumpsall were 20% up on the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £133,073.
