Last year most property sales in Crumpsall involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £166,646. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £114,666, while flats fetched £85,497.
Crumpsall, with an overall average price of £144,009 was more expensive than nearby Cheetham Hill (£130,224) and Blackley (£124,161), but was cheaper than Prestwich (£230,410).
During the last year, sold prices in Crumpsall were 14% up on the previous year and 8% up on 2007 when the average house price was £133,220.
