Last year most property sales in Culcheth involved detached properties which sold for on average £380,729. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £200,626, while terraced properties fetched £196,833.
Culcheth, with an overall average price of £274,222 was more expensive than nearby Glazebury (£197,600) and Birchwood (£157,783), but was cheaper than Croft (£331,737).
