The majority of sales in Dalston during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £502,607. Terraced properties sold for an average of £1,011,208, with detached properties fetching £1,995,500.
Dalston, with an overall average price of £596,635 was more expensive than nearby Kingsland (£558,013), but was cheaper than London Fields (£661,601) and Haggerston (£630,011).
Overall sold prices in Dalston over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 40% up on the 2013 level of £425,021.
