The majority of sales in Deadwater during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £219,118. Detached properties sold for an average of £356,324, with flats fetching £134,996.
Deadwater, with an overall average price of £240,515, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Whitehill (£245,570), but was cheaper than Headley Down (£431,034) and Headley (£415,211).
Overall sold prices in Deadwater over the last year were 5% up on the previous year and 13% up on the 2007 level of £213,668.
