The majority of sales in Deeside during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £235,963. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £139,773, with terraced properties fetching £116,341.
Deeside, with an overall average price of £170,989 was more expensive than nearby Shotton (£114,452) and Queensferry (£122,046), but was cheaper than Mancot (£182,570).
Overall sold prices in Deeside over the last year were similar to the previous year and 7% up on the 2015 level of £159,966.
