Most of the sales in Dore over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £566,920. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £413,145 and flats averaged at £261,530.
Dore, with an overall average price of £463,496 was more expensive than nearby Totley (£260,822), Ecclesall (£305,051) and Woodseats (£161,795).
In the past year house prices in Dore were 19% up on the year before and 27% up on 2015 when they averaged at £364,958.
