Dorridge, with an overall average price of £554,139 was more expensive than nearby Knowle (£489,012), Monks Path (£304,329) and Solihull (£291,280).
During the last year, sold prices in Dorridge were 11% up on the previous year and 17% up on 2014 when the average house price was £473,070.
