The majority of sales in Dronfield during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £268,806. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £194,130, with terraced properties fetching £166,183.
Dronfield, with an overall average price of £222,281, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Walton (£230,439), but was more expensive than Chesterfield (£160,699) and cheaper than Dronfield Woodhouse (£243,298).
Overall sold prices in Dronfield over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 16% up on the 2007 level of £192,040.
