Last year most property sales in Dursley involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £184,196. Detached properties sold for an average price of £303,470, while terraced properties fetched £163,274.
Dursley, with an overall average price of £203,970, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Berkeley (£201,122), but was cheaper than Cam (£223,743) and Wotton-Under-Edge (£263,937).
During the last year, sold prices in Dursley were 3% up on the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £200,059.
