Last year most property sales in Dursley involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £187,343. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £170,891, while detached properties fetched £277,365.
Dursley, with an overall average price of £195,828, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Berkeley (£195,375), but was cheaper than Cam (£211,655) and Wotton-Under-Edge (£266,524).
During the last year, sold prices in Dursley were 4% up on the previous year and similar to 2007 when the average house price was £199,068.
