Last year most property sales in Dursley involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £209,203. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £175,600, while detached properties fetched £317,952.
Dursley, with an overall average price of £216,672, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Berkeley (£221,027), but was cheaper than Cam (£234,307) and Wotton-Under-Edge (£271,334).
During the last year, sold prices in Dursley were 5% up on the previous year and 10% up on 2007 when the average house price was £197,548.
