Last year most property sales in Dursley involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £200,673. Detached properties sold for an average price of £309,871, while terraced properties fetched £167,361.
Dursley, with an overall average price of £212,253, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Berkeley (£210,193), but was cheaper than Cam (£231,702) and Wotton-Under-Edge (£245,042).
During the last year, sold prices in Dursley were 9% up on the previous year and 7% up on 2007 when the average house price was £199,068.
